Welcome to Parent Help U.S.A.

Founded by Mothers and Others Against Child Abuse, Inc.

Mothers and Others Against Child Abuse, Inc.(MOACA) is a nonprofit charitable organization dedicated to preventing the abuse of infants and children.
At the Parent Help USA Center; established by MOACA, we work toward this goal by strengthening families in Orange County, California and across America. Through parent education and family services, we emphasize discipline without hitting or harming.
We know that abusers have often been abused themselves. They abuse because that is the only style of parenting they know. With just a little intervention, counseling and parenting education that cycle can be broken, saving future generations from abuse

Our C.A.R.E.(Child Abuse Resistance Education) classes were developed as a comprehensive parent education program. C.A.R.E. relieves parental stress through a continuing series of parent-centered classes focused on the needs of today's family.
Weekly classes serve as a support group with an emphasis on "Discipline without Hitting or Harming" anger and stress management, and alternatives to parent burn out. Classes offer free child care and one-on-one counseling. We discuss emotional abuse, unintentional abuse, substance abuse, sexual abuse and parents who were abused as children. This effective program helps parents protect their children before abuse begins. Children are taught through crafts that "hands are not for hitting people."
Our Perpetrators Prevention Program are developed to prevent the sexual abuse of children! Wear a blue ribbon for child abuse awareness, prevention and education!
